THC is the primary cannabinoid responsible for the psychoactive effects associated with cannabis. The amount of THC in a product can vary widely based on the method of consumption and the strain at the source of that product. The high that is produced is often enhanced by the “entourage effect” which is a combination of multiple cannabinoids in conjunction with various terpenes and individual body chemistry.
CBD is the second most prevalent cannabinoid and is primarily produced by hemp plants and at lower amounts in cannabis. CBD has soared in popularity due to its non-psychoactive effects.
Originals Family Farm Cultivation’s Gelato is the purest and most potent cut you can find in California. Bred from a hardy Sunset Sherbet cross, Gelato is famous for its potentially blissful highs and heavily sedative effects. You can find this strain in our premium indoor eighths, small buds, 1-gram pre-rolls, and 1.5-gram blunt collaboration with Royal Blunts. Our Gelato reeks of creamy vanilla with a sharp and spicy bite at the end. A THC powerhouse, this strain is a favorite among creatives that claim it may provide a strong cerebral buzz. For medical users, Gelato might be ideal for combating insomnia, fatigue, and chronic pain.
